" Weather Man " ,new song recorded by Lady Gaga in BMI!

It has recently confirmed that Gaga recorded a new song called 'Weather Man' and now came the rumors that will be part of her new studio album, "ArtPop".

Lady Gaga sent to BMI, American organization of copyright protection which represents songwriters and composers, where it has registered a total of 104 songs so far.
