LADY GAGA wants to standardize "ARTPOP" IN CAPITAL LETTERS

Lady Gaga spoke through Twitter, today August 5, and wish  about her new album "ARTPOP".

She says that the title can mean anything and that she want the name of his third studio album written or standardized  in capital letters.
